Introducing Performance Strength — Open to All Athletes This Summer

Performance Strength is a new summer conditioning class open to all athletes. Build power, athleticism, and functional strength through dynamic movement — no wrestling experience required.

This summer, we’re introducing Performance Strength — a new conditioning class designed for any athlete who wants to build a stronger, more explosive, more capable body. No wrestling background required.

Performance Strength is built around dynamic movement patterns that develop real athletic qualities: power, coordination, body control, and the kind of functional strength that transfers to every sport and every stage of life. Whether you’re a wrestler, a football player, a soccer athlete, a basketball player, or someone who just wants to train harder and move better — this class is for you.

What We Train

Every class is built around dynamic movements that develop the physical qualities athletes actually need on the field, court, or mat. Sessions focus on:

  • Explosive power — developing fast-twitch strength through compound movements and plyometrics
  • Functional strength — building a body that moves well under load, not just in isolation
  • Body control and coordination — the athletic foundation that makes every skill easier to learn and execute
  • Sport-ready conditioning — energy systems trained for the demands of real athletic performance
  • Injury-resistant movement patterns — building durability into how you move, not just how much you can lift

This isn’t a generic gym class. It’s structured, progressive, and coached — the same standard we bring to every program at LeVici.

Who It’s For

Performance Strength is open to any athlete — youth or adult, wrestler or not. If you want to be faster, stronger, and more athletic, this class is built for you. It’s particularly well-suited for:

  • Multi-sport youth athletes building a physical foundation across all their sports
  • Wrestlers looking to add strength work alongside their mat training
  • High school athletes preparing for a competitive season
  • Adults who want structured, athletic-style conditioning rather than traditional gym programming

Schedule & Pricing

Classes run Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00pm, June 1 through July 29, 2026. No class on Wednesday 7/15 or Wednesday 7/22.

Pricing is $300 for the full summer season as a standalone class. If you’re also registering for a LeVici Prep wrestling session, you can bundle both for $500 total — saving $100 compared to purchasing separately.

Classes run immediately after Base wrestling practices on the same days — making it easy for wrestlers to train both in a single visit. Space is limited.
