Explore the Sport
RookiePreK – 1st Grade

For athletes who are brand new to the sport and just getting started. Rookie focuses on fun, movement, listening, body awareness, and very basic wrestling positions through games and simple skill-building. A low-pressure introduction before fully committing.

Best for: First-time wrestlers who want to explore the sport.

Build the Foundation
BaseYouth Wrestlers

For beginner youth wrestlers with little to no competition experience. Focuses on core positions, basic offense and defense, practice habits, mat awareness, and confidence. Athletes here are building the technical and physical foundation needed to grow in the sport.

Best for: Newer wrestlers still learning the basics, and athletes who benefit from continued repetition of foundational skills.

Train to Compete
PrepYouth & Middle School

For actively competing youth wrestlers and newer middle school athletes ready for more structure and challenge. Focuses on sharper technique, higher pace, mat strategy, and match readiness. Designed for athletes competing regularly and working toward events like MN/USA State and Regional/National events.

Best for: Wrestlers competing consistently and preparing for higher-level youth competition.

Some athletes benefit from both Base and Prep — Base builds fundamentals while Prep adds pace and competition focus.

Train with Intent
High SchoolHigh School

For high school wrestlers training with greater intent and accountability. Practices emphasize advanced technique, tactical awareness, live wrestling, conditioning, and competitive preparation. Designed for athletes who want a stronger training environment built around performance and continued development.
